An Easy, Hearty One-Pot Dinner Recipe

Simple 和 hearty with minimal prep 和 virtually no clean-up, this recipe comes together in under an hour, so you even have time to whip up a batch of 饼干 or 油条 虽然厨师!

Today’s recipe combines veggies, spices, chicken, rice (plus a 一些奶油!) to make a flavorful soup. It’s thicker 和 slightly creamier than your average chicken soup, but still light enough that it doesn’t feel 太 rich. 它是我最喜欢的冷菜之一,和我最受欢迎的一道 土豆汤番茄汤.

这 is a true one-pot dinner! We’ll cook everything in the same pot; no pre-cooked chicken or pre-cooked rice needed:

How to Make 鸡 和 大米 汤

  1. Melt your butter in a 大 pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the 胡萝卜, 芹菜, 洋葱 和 sauté until softened.

Recommended Equipment


  • Melt butter in a 大 pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
